If somebody is trying to make you look bad by spreading rumors and telling lies, really, they have done you a favor. What they mean for your harm, God is going to use to promote you. The more they talk, the more God promotes us. The more they talk, the higher we go.
Maybe at the office somebody is trying to make you look bad, talking behind your back, taking things out of context. They said this about me.
Well, let me tell you what I know about them." No, don't sink down to their level. Don't let their poison cloud your heart. Learn to bless your enemies.
When we know that God is our vindicator and rewards us when we don't take matters into our own hands, that takes all the pressure off. We don't have to try to pay people back and get involved in battles that don't really matter and set the record straight. Let God fight your battles for you. If you will stay on the high road, God will take what others mean for harm, and He will use it to your advantage.
When we learn to bless our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, we keep our heart free from strife and give God more room to bless us, promote us, and speak to us more.

set back

It's not uncommon for us to face set-backs in life.But it takes a man with confidence, faith, positive attitude to over come it. It might look like its burning and destroying your dreams, relationships, career, finances, happiness but we need to understand that its God burning your negativity, fear, depressed attitude. It's just God wants us to stretch our faith and vision to make us better and bless us with the divine light to come to us. Keep in faith and God is going to pour out his blessings in your life.

worry

Realize that your environment does not prevent you from you being happy.
Don't worry about the things you cant change.
You can't change the traffic in your area, you cant fix your boss everyday at work, nor you can change your own family members .But you shuldn't let these keep you from being happy.
You can change your own attitude. You can choose to be happy right where you are.
It's not so important where you are , start your day with the right attitude- worry not for things you can never change.
Be happy and stay content.

tale of three trees

The olive tree, an oak tree, and the pine tree had a great dream to become something special in life.
The olive tree dreamed of becoming a finely crafted chest.It wanted to hold gold, silver, and precious jewellery.When the woodman cut the tree, the olive tree was excited.But as he craftsman began working, it reliazed that they were making him into a box to hold food for dirty, smelly animals,instead of a beautiful chest.Heartbroken, his dreams were shattered and it felt worthless.
The oak tree dreamed of becoming part of the huge ship that would carry important kings across the ocean.As the woodsman cut down he oak tree, it was so excited.Later he reliazed, they were making him into a tiny fishing boat, insead of huge ship.
The pine tree lived on top of a high mountain.Its only dream was to always stand tall and remind people of God's reat creation.But in split second, a bolt of lightning sent it tumbling to the ground, destroying its dreams.
All the trees felt they had lost their values and their worth.But God had other plans for these trees.
Many years later, Mary and Joseph couldn't find any place to give birth to their little boy.
When jesus was born they placed him in the box made from-you guessed it-the olive tree.Now the olive tree held the greatest treasure of all time.
A few years later, jesus wanted a boat to cross the lake, he dint choose a large fancy ship, he chose a small fishing boat made from-you guessed it- the oak tree.The oak now carried the king of kings.
A few more years went by, the pine tree was discarded as a scrap of wood.
But much to its surprise, they cut only two small pieces out of it and formed the cross.And it was on this pine tree that jesus was cricified.That tree is sill poining people to God's love and compassion to this day.
The point of this classic story - all three trees thought they had lost their value, yet they became integral parts of the greatest story ever told.

let go off the past

We carry many memories of the past, some good and some bad.Any good memory adds a positive effect in the present and in the future, but a bad memory about any incident, any people, any decision taken not only has spoilt your past , it also spoils the present. We need to learn and have the right attitude to convert our bad memories to something productive and positive in our present day. We just need to say,I may not have the right time, people,opportunity then but I will have them in double portion now and move on. Probably not then but now YES I CAN. In the name of God i declare - I have all that God wants me to have to reach my God given destiny.

challenges

We face new challenges everyday related to job, relationships, finances and many more.We get exausted, over worked, heart broken,and finally we give up when things dont go our way or the way it had to go. That is when we need to say to ourselves- yes i know i'm having some big challenges but I know I serve a BIG GOD. I know what was meant to do harm to me, GOD uses the same thing for my good. This thing is not going to defeat me, it might have knocked me dowm but it din't knock me out, i'l get back up and get going again.That's the right kind of spirit we need to have.

belief

In order to win, you must expect to win." That is the secret of success. If you believe in yourself, you can achieve your goals.
Belief has the power to transcend all hurdles, real and imaginary. You need faith, despite the stop signs, on the road ahead.

It is easier to believe than to doubt.

best life now

The future is yours for the taking.

Happy, successful, fulfilled individuals have learned how to live their best life now.They make the most of the present moment and thereby enhance their future.You can, too.No matter where you are or what challenges you are facing, you can enjoy your life right now.

Today is the only day we have.We cant do anything about the past, and we dont know what the future holds.But we can live our full potential right now.

happiness is a choice

For enjoying your best life now we choose to be happy today.
happiness is a choice- you get in the morning, you choose to be happy and enjoy the day, or you can choose to be unhappy and go around with your sour attitude.It's up to you.
Happiness is a decision you make and not an emotion you feel.
Certainly there are times in all our lives when bad things happen, or things dont turn out as we had hoped.But thats when we must make a decision that we're going to be happy in spite of our circumstances .

speaking a blessing

I was about to start reading a book and i just went through the index , one of the chapter read -speaking a blessing.
As i read, it said that each of us have influence over somebody. Though we might not consider ouselves leaders, we have a sphere of influence-somebody or some group of people that looks upto us.
I felt that it is vital to speak good things into the lives of those over whom we have influence.That does not mean we will never disagree with them or have to confront them and correct them,but the general tenor of our words to them and about them should be positive.
